May Recitrees: Fudge Filled Chocolate Chip Cookie Bites

Here are a few tips when making these yummy treats!

1.  It is important to refrigerate these before baking.  If I am in a hurry, I will stick them in the freezer for about 10 minutes to speed up the process.

2.  When making the 'wells' in the dough, I use the end of a rounded tool, like a wooden spoon or similar kitchen utensil.

3.  When filling the cups, I put the fudge mixture in a zip loc bag, clip off a corner of the bottom of the bag and squeeze the filling in to the well area.

4.  Cool completely before taking out of the pan, so they don't fall apart.

5.  These freeze really well! (If you have any left!)
