These Quick CCC Bars are easy to make! They are equally as good with or without the caramel drizzle. They tend to dry out a bit after a few days. I have found that if you let them cool, cut them up, bag them and put in the freezer, the result is a softer chewier bar. They defrost quickly on the counter top or you can zap them in the microwave for a few seconds.
