I am loving cauliflower! This recipe is perfect if you are looking for alternatives to rice. For those that are gluten free, I used Bragg Liquid Aminos in place of the soy sauce and it tasted great! I think that cutting up the chicken into smaller bite size pieces worked well. I also prepared all of my vegetables first so that they were easy to add to the wok as needed. Serve with a green side salad and you have a healthy easy to make dinner.
